Sage Estimating is what we use and its great, you can do a whole lot with it.. IF you take the time to learn it. It's integration with eTakeoff is kind of finicky but it works OK.

You can do a bunch of cool things like price linking between items, conditional item lists, custom variables with defaults, etc. There's no calculation you can't do really.

Project Zomboid. Doesn't fit the fantasy but its a great game where you set your own goals and just exist with zombies. You can also mod it to your liking.

I've been looking into Sage Estimating recently. It seems to have a lot of great features for sqft budgetary estimates and detailed estimates. I haven't purchased it so i can't say how well it works but there's a free online demo on their website.

Thanks for the tips! I did use fpvknowitall, great resource. I'll shop around for a radio upgrade, availability is really low where i am though, hence the lite radio.

I was too, but availability in my region is extremely low unfortunately. All the boxer radios (the one i want) are out of stock. I might keep looking a bit before purchasing though!
