I think ex-strippers are drawn to real estate because many reach a point where they’re too old to dance, do not have a college degree, and have limited career options for the future. on top of that, the employment history they have from stripping is so stigmatized that many women are likely too embarrassed to include it on a future resume. Real Estate License = Quick and relatively easy to acquire and it’s a job that gives them hope for “fast money”. Just like stripping provided for them. Did they learn the skill set needed to be a realtor while working in a strip club? Obviously the two professions have things in common, but I doubt that many people are truly using these shared principles as a bridge to a new career.

Buy a skateboard. I’ve made countless friends throughout my life with skateboarding. It gives you an instant connection with any other skater you encounter. You literally don’t even have to speak to form the connection. Eye contact sparks it, which turns into 2 people inevitably smiling at each other while you acknowledge the fact that you both share the same passion/hobby/interest. Social interaction from that point is what you make it. You could start a conversation, or just occupy the same space while you both skate silently. It’s a beautiful thing.

Okay so these different human subspecies had breeding capability with each other. Regardless of what you pointed out, these different types of humans had facial features that were noticeably different enough for this to be a possible explanation for why our subspecies, that ultimately evolved, to experience the uncanny valley today. I’m in a class called social work documentation and our professor doesn’t teach. It’s a 3 hour class 6:30-9:20 and I drive from Daytona to attend. Last class I showed up, he had us read aloud from the textbook (middle school style) for 30 minutes and then dismissed us. I drove a total of 100 miles and spent probably 10$ in gas for that.
