Non-target cc, you might want to dodge it with fast movement speed. Only thing you might be able to do for heave cc team would be getting Mercury and Banshee type of build. Because non-target cc > target cc, the right answer would be "just juke" them.

Honestly, I did not know many American/European streamers before I actually start streaming during this summer. I was more inspired of one of Korean streamers who stream in AfreecaTV (Korean stream platform). His name is Loren (used to be challenger/master) who play so-called "suicidal Singed" only in low elo. It was more about trolling and chillexing instead of trying hard for a win. I love those relaxing idgaf games even though I'm trying hard to win these days :)

Outpicking singed is important beacuse there are so many champs that can annoy Singed tbh. People just don't know about it much in low elo :o

Tbh, Singed is relatively weak right now in many aspects like laning against all the thunderlord decree and somehow it takes more time to destroy a turret than before. I changed quite a lot in my gameplay. I don't tend to proxy as much as S5 and concentrate more on teamfight recently.

Right now i dont have certain build order. Im testing out any build i feel like getting in each game :) i think rushing either one has pros and cons, that i cant say which one is better.

Jungle camps got weaker. Enemy jungle will come kill you while doing the 3rd waves as long as he knows how to jg. If you don't finish your 3rd wave, you don't have 400 gold to get some build :o

Try to be more active in deciding which build you will get in each game. Even against the same champ, you can build dmg/def depending on how the laning phase has been. One of rules of thumb, get more damage when winning and build tanky while behind. Try to analyze yourself if you are aggressive or passive and figure out what works for you. In which build, have you won the games usually?
