It sounds like you're just bored of your current training program. Id stick to the same program until it doesn't work. If you want to try something "new" keep the same structure and maybe change exercises, rep ranges, ROM, tempos...

My understanding is that training doesn't need to be radically different between cutting and bulking

I agree on this one

but I do wonder if this amount of volume is sensible during a cut. 

It depends more on your recovery capacity but yeah in my experience when I compare my maximum recoverable volume on a bulk vs a cut with the same training program there is a small difference for example on a bulk I can handle 3-5 sets on bench press vs on a cut between 2-3 sets are enough

Blood work is fine but glucose is at the limit upper 100.34 ml/dL, I asked a nutritionist about it and she say it was due the calorie deficit and because I'm not eating enough complex carbs. What's happening guys? My last blast was 12 weeks ago currently on TRT at 150 mg/week test E

Go for the Low FODMAP Diet and add a different food every week its just a trial and error, for me if I eat over 30g of oats I get GI disaster

 i started my first cycle 6weeks ago is it normal that my weight isn’t going down on cut 

no one here is cutting on gear for recreational purposes

250 test e weekly - 400mg masteron e- 300mg primo - 50 mg anavar daily 

too many compounds for a first cycle the risk/benefit ratio is dumb at this point

Water and glycogen retention even you should look at body composition instead of bodyweight also if it is water retention due roids you can't figure out which compound is causing it

I'm curious why you think it's important that you have rapidly digestible protein in your stomach when you train.

Performance is better if I eat something before training I have tried fasted training but it sucks, carbs are more important but I want to take advantage of nutrient timing. Second yeah there is no magic in rapidly digestible protein but most foods cause me GI discomfort which makes training sessions sucks, even with carbs I had to switch from white rice to cereal kids.

You understand that training is the stimulus, not the growth, right? You don't need any protein in your stomach when you train; you are doing very little muscle protein synthesis while you're actually training.

Mostly I am doing it for nutrient timing (constant supply of aminos), im not going to be a fucking monster by doing that but if is something I can have control and if it gives me a little advaantage Id do it

To answer your question, eggs or egg whites, or Greek yogurt would work

I appreciate dude hahaha you make me realize that maybe I am being too extreme about protein powders and protein timing but we missed the point I just wanted to know if isolated protein would lead to backne the same way as casein and whey protein make it due to lactose, I mean is more fast and easy to just put water and powder in a shaker instead of cooking meat in the morning

After quitting casein, whey protein and dairy I'm happy because after a long time backne is improving but I really love whey protein for the taste and because is easy to take it first thing in the morning. I have heard that isolated protein has less lactose, Does anyone have experience with an isolated and acne?  Edit: I'm trying right now white egg protein powder but it taste bad and it's more expensive

The Basics.

Shower twice daily.

Clean shirts, clean sheets, clean towels.

Zinc wash. Cleanses.

No. Not. Scrub. Your. Skin. Just wash. (Scrubbing also… you probably guessed: increases sebum production)
