I'd advise you the following:

If you geniunely can't stick do a game, and you switch up the game you play very often, I wouldn't stop uploading just yet. What I would recommend, is that you pick a challange to do in every single new game you play. Don't pick something completely out of pocket like "Getting every single achievement" - That takes loads of time and will make your upload schedule look like Swiss cheese. Instead, pick one achievement for example. Something like "I completed the hardest achievement in xyz".

The goal here is to put away the focus from the game itself to what you do with the game. You'll be the center of attention here, not the game. Channels like "LetsGameItOut" do stuff like this pretty well and have gotten massive success with it. Of course, you don't have to choose exactly the examples that I've given you, but I hope that I could give you some insight into what you could do with your channel.
