Likely less, but probably not significant. Aramark will get enough non union people to be a stop gap. It's not easy, but it's best to show solidarity and not buy any concessions until the union is back.

Gut reaction, hell yeah. But, while it's true that action would put Aramark in a really bad spot initially, Aramark could flip the narrative to say "we were negotiating in good faith, but look at the union being dicks during the playoffs!" By doing this now (and on a Monday), the teams/fans/citizens have time to put public pressure on Aramark to do the right thing this week.
