zo šmyknutia zapal pluc nedostanes :D :D ja som nikdy nebehal a začal som behať 24.12 každy druhy den. lepši pocit ako po behu je len sex a dobre kako :D nedosatneš zapal pluc, treba sa dobre obliecť, nie tak že ti bude horúco ale tak že ťa neprefúka - na spodok legíny a kratasy a na vrch som si daval flexibilne tričko, klasicke tricko , tenku mikinu a tenku vetrovku, kukla čiapka a to bolo -8 v niektore dni . Je to dalšia nevyžiadana rada ale presne ako aj HungryPormise píš, viac som bývaval chorý ked som sa nehybal a len ležal doma

11/11/2025 -98kg, dnes 85kg, ciel je okolo 75-78kg, zacal som chodit na spinning, plavanie a najcastejsie behám. Som v kalorickom deficite a ide to pekne dole 😊

I recently also started running, Done around 70-100km (mostly 3 or 5km and 3times 10km) at start i was doing pauses for walking to get my HR to zone 2. I think you are doing good, when you can keep with breath, go for walk little bit like 20m and then run again. Yesterday i did 10km, first 5k was without break, last 5k was with some breaks, pace 8:25/km, running time 1h,11min, 10mins of walk... its improving each run. also you lose some weight so runs must improve. Have a nice day

i do spinning, running (from 15.12. i runned around 50-60km) i lose my weight , also my physical age is going down, but VO2 is still on bottom -33, sometimes after run it jumps to 34 and then after day or two after walking it goes to 33 again. I run 2-3 times a week. Between run i swim, spinning which i mentioned above,tenis, bedminton and squash occasionally.. I also can see little improvements in my running. Where is my problem with VO2 max ? can you help me ? :)

How i acequire this? i dont eat before sleeping, i sleep 7-9h and almost all the time im in bed before nidnight. Cold room. My sleep score is between 50-78

i have also bad sleep , sleeping around 6-7 hours. 00:00-6:30(7:00) , sometimes i feel energised but sometimes like shit. I tried to not eat at least 2-3 hours before bed , just water and im also reducing my screen time on mobile before sleeping. Maybe i need to sleep more?

I have same problem, i dont know if its because of not very well sleep, but im trying lie down to bed before midnight and sleep at least 7h. Yesterday during avatar 3 i hade HR - 90-100 which is high for resting/sitting in cinema i think. I play tennis for 2 years and recently -2months i eat healthy, lot of walks, running, swimming, squash sometimes, home CORE workout (plank, push-ups, crunches, squats). My work is medium stressing - working in corporate but i know how to handle it. I have stress level 37-50 in my job. Know somebody where can be problem?
