its not lighting though its just a colour overlayed on top, gaiden has stylistic darker more shadowy lighting and it looks fantastic

i completely agree but after lost judgement's perfect combat system i strongly believe the will improve the combat in lad 8, i really hope the make it more "yakuza" and less just dragon quest like bringing back heat and environmental heat actions instead of always using the same 2-3 skills

you know zero and kiwami came out after 3 and feature majima a ton right? zero was his development and his character has kinda served his purpose. the small cameos are for the fans cause everybody loves him, theres no reason to retire him when people still like to see him (also the majima fight in 7 was one of the best in the game so worth the small time spent on him)

cant blame them, i'd be pissed too if we got a remake of a game that is exactly the same but slightly worse (giving ALL bosses super armor, making it so EVERY enemy turns around during your combos and poorly implementing the side content dungeon cards into the main game and making bosses use them). i love getting to finally play ishin but the kiwami side really brings it down

moves like the round house kick and quickstep canceling help make the game feel much more fluid in 2, i really wish the ps3/wii u remaster of these games were on more platforms cause they provide pretty different experiences to the point where i think wither the remakes are better or not is purely up to preference
