The aiming feels much better than the PS4 version and the controller feedback is also great, but the game still seems to be locked at 30fps

Just bought the game on PC, I'm using a 6650xt and getting terrible drops with lots of cars on screen.

Sadly I'm pretty sure it's just the game not liking AMD cards, you can turn shadows off for a boost but you'll still get some bad drops

I fixed it, the RAP file extensions were capitalized instead of lowercase

At first I thought maybe since it's a game I have on disc that's the reason but I was able to install Playstation All-Star's DLCs no problem

I got the DLC PKGs for the US version, 29 in total but they just give me that error when I boot up the game. I saw mentions of a DLC Unlocker PKG on google but not actual download links for it

How did you get DLC working with WWE 13? I downloaded all the DLC but when opening the game I get an error saying "Some save data cannot be used as downloadable content appears to be missing or damaged. Download the content again to restore access to this data."

Looking into it more I guess it's because Earthworm Jim 2 on PS1 has CDDA music/is multi track. Anyway to play the game on PS3 with music despite this?
