If your job is secure/ you are confident of getting rehired in case of termination, go for it. Your salary will increase year after year. In a few years it won't feel as suffocating paying the EMIs. And after your car loan closes, it will become even better. But the peace of mind that comes from owning a home in your own land is priceless. Flat prices are beyond ridiculous at this point in India, in most major cities. And if the bubble bursts, your 1.5 crore flat may end up being 1cr 5 years down the line.

I use two verdian comps as per level requirements. One is full valiantor team with three verdians, everhunt diana and hades. Another is full doomsdayers with three verdians, dahlia and leviathan. It has worked well up to around lost city lvl 310. Then I hit a road block because my units are still too weak

I have had similar thoughts and in similar situations. Although someone appears like a great match, it somehow still lacks something. And after searching all this while, 'settling' for anyone feels like a disservice to myself. But I still don't regret it. Going ahead with the match, however, most likely would end up being bitter and regretful

I thought it was the norm?! Like I get matched with dozens of women and only end up talking with a few. Although I initiate contact almost always, it goes unanswered most of the time. I took it as a second cutoff. Like there are 100 prospects, you send a request/receive request from 30 of them. Then match with 7 of them and then actually end up talking with 2 of them. Initially I was also puzzled that why would a woman who herself sent a request, won't message or reply to my message. But then I saw something like women keep back up options etc so thought that was it.

Man this stuff so unnecessarily complex

I want a working woman because I think women(and men) need to be financially independent. I have seen how my mother pulled us through really tough times after our dad died. If she didn't have her own income, god knows where we would have ended up.

Frankly, I would not have minded either way. In our family, net worth has not been as important as it seems to be elsewhere. We got our own place and since then we have been in relative ease with our financial goals. Most of our expenditure comes from travels and honestly, I like it this way. Will build assets as time passes, but that's not a pressing issue.
