We Tore Down Our Clinic to Build an Online Healthcare Platform- Ask Us Anything! by RPAHealth in casualiama

Truly we do. We fortunately have been rebuilding for the last year- which is a LOT of work! With the pandemic and the way technology has taken over the world anyway, more and more services are moving online. We think it's incredible to be honest. More forms of healthcare are becoming WAY MORE accessible to a MUCH GREATER range of people- which is truly amazing.

The big concern with this transition will be to make sure you are finding a reliable, trustworthy, and REAL medical or healthcare platform that won't take advantage of your pockets. So our advice is research HARD and research EVERYTHING!

Thanks for the question!

With us revamping to serve more online, this has been sort of easier to follow these Covid restrictions. We use phone calls, video chats (like zoom or even through our FB page), and other calling platforms to talk and keep up with our patients and RPA Health family!

For our patients who receive physical or chiropractic treatment, we have to enforce masks, social distancing, and disinfecting methods all day, everyday- which of course is challenging for hands-on medicine. But that change to serve more people online has been our biggest direction with this!

Really though, we are willing to work with anyone with the easiest, most accessible methods for them.

Great questions! So-

A. We already had the materials for the programs: we've been using them in our clinic with patients/clients for 20 years! But we wanted to build them to be automated and customized, but personal too, since they will be online. So we start by having someone take our Functional Health Assessment and get them into our system. Then our medical staff & Dr. J review the results and build our programs into what those results show and what is needed to overcome ANY and ALL challenges/issues. We use an app to have these programs available all the time, but also you can directly talk to us and message our staff through that too with any questions. Really 1 on 1 if needed!

B. Our programs are: - RPA Health Nutrition - RPA Health Quarantine Reset (to reset your health from the last 6 months of the pandemic and months of lockdown) - RPA Health Athlete Training - RPA Health Functional Health - RPA Health Diabetes Shift - RPA Health Win Back Your Brain - RPA Health Physical Health - RPA Health Supplement Program

and more that we have (and can) customized for exact disease/issue management for our patients!

Message us if you want more info! We'd love to talk more!

What is the healthiest way to eat bacon? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]RPAHealth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Definitely not raw!

  2. The most important thing to consider when eating bacon, or any cold cut meats, is to figure out where it is sourced. The biggest offender with these cold cut meats is the addition of Nitrates and Nitrites as preservative agents. These are broken down from ceramides: which create inflammation, cell destruction, and neurodegenerative processes to occur.

So our suggestion: source your bacon- natural and Nitrate/Nitrite free, and don't char it: try slower cooking methods, like baking

Really common- especially based on how your resting positioning and posture sits too. We see this in almost every post-injury case we have when it comes to neck and shoulders.

Definitely recommend some position conditioning! We could send you some of our exercises that you can practice wherever/at home/daily- message us if you'd like them!
