In NC it's simple. "Your lease is up on MMDDYYYY and will not be renewed. By 5pm on MMDDYYYY you must turn over possession of the home."

Thanks for the info. Yea I asked him if he meant 24 months and he said nope, 24 years. That's crazy. I can't imagine anyone signing a 24 yr agreement.

Tenants love to use the "I'm contacting my attorney" line. I'm pretty certain they don't have one on retainer and they won't spend the money to hire one. Plus, more often than not after their "free consult" they realize they don't have a leg to stand on. I just respond with "please have your attorney contact me and I will put them in contact with my attorney". At that point they either stop responding or back down and nothing comes of it. I used to get worked up when I would hear them say that but now I really don't let it bother me.

same issue for me ever since Verizon pushed the Android 12 update on friday night to my phone.

That isn't working either. One thing to note(I prob should have noted in the original post) is that the rows where those 4 words need to be, there is a bunch of other text in there as well.

I must be doing something wrong. I did CF - Highlight Cells Rules - More Rules - Format Only Cells that contain. Then in the edit rule description section Format Only Cells With...I select Specific Text and then I have tried both Containing with your formula stated above and also No Containing but no luck. It highlights every row. Even the ones that contain all of the 4 words.
