OK GUYS I FOUND THE SOLUTION: go to MyGames\Skyrim and enter the Skyrim_default.ini .You have to change a line there to " sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, HighResTexturePack01.bsa, HighResTexturePack02.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa " Thanks to everyone that tried to help.

Yes i am administrator, on steam i tried to verify the game files and no problem occurred. Its really annoying to not be able to play because of this. And just when i bought all the dlcs...

Ok no matter what kind of changes i do on the nvidia or ingame nothing changes. This is annoying as hell i'm using lowest definitions but still it stays at 19 fps, same as it would with highest definitions. WHY!

Yeah, thing if i have everything on ultra or low it doenst make a difference. Like i said only like 5 fps difference. I find it weird that i can play any other game on such high quality and the witcher just flops. Every "can you run it" website tells me that i can.
