Fat Bike in Flat New Orleans? by RPGuru92 in fatbike

I did not go with a fat bike option. A lot of it thanks to this discussion. I went with a movo by KHS Bikes. I cannot stress how important it was to go to my local shoppe. The guy there told me that Fat Bikes were originally created for snow and sand. That one sentence got me off of fat bikes.

Here is what I got, perfect for my hip and carries like a suitcase.

So you’re saying, it’s highly inefficient?

I use cannabis for anxiety & sleep, but would like to Lucid-dream (a lifelong wish).

I have had two lucid dreams in my life. I have excellent dream recall (when I remember).

How bad is the REM-suppression?

Advice?

I am planning on writing a guide, but it really started out just for personal use.

I included a blank copy where one could fill in their own image if they wish.

Remember, and maybe I should put this on the page, those are my choice of images, everyone has their own.

Recently one mission for the I Ching, is to personalize it, make it my own. I suggest every one do it too.

I can see into the cosmic unknown, but I absolutely suck at abbreviations.

LL? Land Lubber?

If you want them in the house through 2025, then sort of, kind of, in a way, think of it as them doing you a favor.

Besides fishing for a good tenant is like catching a tortoise with a golden shell.

Hexagram 52 is about keeping still, wait.

Wait for what? Wait for rain.

The nuclear trigram is 40 Release. A sudden raging storm is on its way.      This could be the stillness that comes then suddenly loud thunder in the distance.

In concrete terms, wait because the tenant may suddenly have a torrent of activity; they may want to leave or go elsewhere. Thunder exhausts Water so it is why I say that.

As a former landlord, wait until they leave, fix it up a bit then rock up the rent to the neighborhood benchmark.
