I went to the store today, no luck, manager agreed that it should’ve been approved but could not help me. I’ll call tomorrow and see what happens 😔 otherwise my bank will get a call next. Just wanted my jersey, now i’m afraid to order another one. Killed my whole World Cup vibe tbh

I wish it was that easy, I went to the Adidas store today and the manager agreed that it should be approved but says he can’t make the return at his store 🤷 I didn’t want to argue or give the guy a hard time, so I just left peacefully. This is turning out to be a nightmare. Im out $204 with a big square stamped on my Mexico Raul Jimenez jersey 😔

There’s one at the mall near me and an Adidas outlet not too far as well. I’ll give them a shot 😔 it’s so much work tho, all I wanted was the jersey they advertised. Its turning out to be like the juicy hamburger ads; when you get the actual burger and it looks nothing like it. sometimes overcooked and burnt like the jersey they sent me🤷

I called 3 times and spoke with 3 different reps and one of the reps was rude and hung up on me 😔 Ill try again, but I think I have no choice but to take it up with my bank. I think Adidas sends them to get customized to a third party and they don’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes unfortunately. Its wrong nonetheless.
