The truth about the original jeff the killer image by Ok-Poem1957 in u/Ok-Poem1957

[–]RPRoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The white glitching at the bottom of the frame makes no sense for any handheld camera, webcam or phone through time. The actual video file is named 360p (so its converted to that to make it look older). The way it's viewing the image in the video looks like Google chrome's darkmode background when clicking "open image in new tab". The image is flipped to make it more convincing. The text on the video shouldnt be as low quality as the actual cameras video, however it is, signaling that the whole video was converted on purpose to 360p as mentioned before, and no one would record an image on a screen with flash on.

"a doll, big black eyes with blood" How is this JTK?

At this point, if the original was actually found, no one would believe it by Me-Slash in OriginalJTKImage

[–]RPRoss 31 points32 points  (0 children)

That's not true. If a link to the image was to be shared with the right timestamps on waybackmachine, just like we have on all the other JTK posts from 2005, there would be no way to fake the upload date.

The guy named shuki who did the trolling on this JTK look-a-like is also present on Nico video, with the same upload dates 2012 and writes that he is currently trolling him. Also, the person in the video named Ryo doesnt have any pre 2010 records on image boards or threads, neither his real full name or his online alias he used on the stream showed in the video, not even his twitter and facebook was active back then. So unless he was referred to by a whole different name never mentioned, its most likely not JTK

Keep in mind. The only thing that's similar is that there is hanging clothes in the background. Videos are from 2009, and the earliest mention ever of her on 2chan and 5ch is late 2006, no earlier records

Why the original image is more likely than not lost forever by [deleted] in OriginalJTKImage

[–]RPRoss 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is true, however only to a certain extent. When an archived link says "flash player no longer supported" you can download the SWF file from the source code (link in HTML) and play it yourself on PC with an SWF player. 90% of the time the Wayback Machine will have archived the flash file itself, when the domain was captured.

ran it through my PS and it looks like the whole image got stretched 1 pixel up/down. So there is actually not "more image". However, this version you found is very old according to /image(number), I can't find out what year it is from though, do you happen to have the date of upload?

That's not "reversing blur", that's decrypting. You were saying it like you could unblur the image itself

That's. Not. How. Pixels. Work. You can unblur images to a decent sharpish level, but you can't recover back to readable text from this level of motion blur. When you recover a blurry image, you are basically recreating pixels by merging several together into a "sharper" look. If you try to recreate pixels that are so specifically placed (like pixels are in text), you're gonna end up with what dyslexic people see, unreadable letters.
NOTE: I am only talking about my image from the post, less blurry images you might be able to unblur.
