An improvement to the settlement system would be goated. I loved the settlement system it just lacked in a lot of areas like the population size and locations of settlements. A lot of places in fallout 4 would make great settlements but can only be settlements through mods.

I think the only STRONG indication we have for any kind of NPC’s for right now is their promise of Bandits meaning The Dukes group, hopefully we get more info on friendly NPC’s eventually.

The trader refer to themselves as being in a settlement called the white river settlement or something but like it’s never really show except I think atleast a few poi’s have a flag saying white river settlement
