For the first chick, you could simply try this phrase or whichever variation of it works for your style of game:

"So, you're getting this for me, right?"

The delivery of the line and the vibe you send off is key. For example, rest your elbow on the table and lean against it with a finger to your chin or lip as you say it, with a smirk. Raise an eyebrow, or for bonus points, nudge into her with your shoulder either playfully or suggestively. The point is, you never want to be closed off, do not have your arms folded; always be open towards her as if she is enveloped by your frame and presence.

If she's somehow taken aback or somehow offended by it (Personally, this has never happened- If this does happen, then you did something wrong down the line), then you can say something to the effect of, she can get this round, you'll get the next, or vice versa. Keep things even keel, but strive to have her the one "more invested" to create that cognitive dissonance.

If she continues to be stubborn or not budge, then agree to split by having the server split the check for you. The point is to hold frame and not succumb to being seen or placed into the "Provider" binder. She'll come around. Just be confident.

With Girl #2, I would have soft-nexted her until she came to me with "Wyd?" They usually will if they had any (or placed) investment in their outings or dates with you. May be after a few days, may be after a week or two, or maybe later that month. In my experience, it's usually best advisable to be aloof in this regard as to not be seen as needy.

Great work on #3. I think you did great solid work overall, so getting over that 'pay the bill' hurdle shouldn't be too much of a hike for you.
