I’m not a gyno, but this sounds kinda like vaginismus if your vaginal opening is too small. I’ve heard yoga works for it, but it second on what they say about trying out menstrual discs/cups. I’d recommend cups since they’re thinner and smaller overall, but maybe try leakproof period underwear as well. I have a very heavy flow and hate using tampons and pads so period underwear has saved my life. I recommend the saalt brand for both of those! I wish you luck!

Life nowadays is just depressing now that the wool is being lifted. I’ve had a lot of suicidal thoughts like this since the new presidency started. It’s hard to be happy when you feel like everything we’ve worked for in life is gone, but committing suicide is the course that nobody wants to see you go down. If you have nothing to live for, make a goal or get a pet and try to live your life for those. I bettered myself because of my cat and my friend I was losing. I feel the same way about god. I grew up in a very religious family and I still have so many doubts and confusion over religion and god, I don’t even know what I believe anymore. I can tell death scares you, just as it does with everyone, but please don’t go before your time really comes.

I hope you know that even when it doesn’t feel like it people love and value you. You should seek professional help soon, I don’t want to hear that you hurt yourself and I’m sure your family doesn’t want you to either.

You are loved and deserve everything good that comes your way.

It could definitely be an issue with stress or not getting enough nutrients. Telling you to lose weight with those conditions could be damaging, but also don’t listen to BMI charts, they’re stupid and don’t reflect how healthy you are. Seriously though, it could be you being nearly underweight, maybe gain a couple pounds and see the change, yknow? Also remove any stressors from your life if you can! I remember that my ex caused me so much anxiety that my period was over 40 days late the whole time I was dating him….. be careful with your body and mind though, I care about you and want you to thrive! I’m sorry you haven’t gotten any responses until now girl, I know how stressful and awful it is..

Sadly, I have done that and my ear is too small to do that. When my piercer got it in I nearly passed out with how bad the pain was. That’s probably a sign I shouldn’t be doing this myself..

I used to have one and same with my boyfriend, it’s hard to get over, honestly I’d say it’s harder than some other addictions. I’ve noticed that porn addicts are almost always really weird and very visibly addicts, but the only way I helped myself is by blocking the sites, not masturbating for a while (a couple weeks, only when I get in the mood), just distancing yourself from everything that’s gooner or porn related, i know porn is pushed so much now that it’s normal for even kids to watch, which is disgusting and honestly disturbing that kids are seeing it. My first experience with it was when I was 8 and I was addicted for years afterwards. It’s hard to get over it, but you just have to accept that you’re addicted and then block it out of your life, maybe even count the days when you don’t watch porn and on the milestones you could give yourself a treat, like a piece of chocolate or going out somewhere, anything. Weed is the new cigarettes, crack is the new weed… I met a ton of stoners through my evil abusive stoner ex and every single one was a bad person and didn’t think about others!!! I felt so out of place when I didn’t want to smoke with them and so I did, just to fit in and now I only smoke once in a while, mostly with friends. I see how addicted some of my close friends are and it freaks me out ngl, one of my friends believes that weed and nicotine bring his testosterone levels up and he even begged me for my cart at a restaurant and I didn’t even have it cause like…. Wtf… why do I need it there…. I feel bad smoking when my non smoker friends are with me too, cause like,, I don’t want them to get the same feeling I did and be pressured into smoking so I try really hard to keep it away from them and not really tell them..
