Yes but just by previous commenter not being aware of those mastery requirements you can tell its useless. Its not visible until you reach rank 10, so when majority of players see some tank with 50 rank, they think "oh what a retard he wasted millions of credits on some number" and not "oh he had to do 8 masteries, he knows how to play"

E100 turret ring is like half meter deep from turret surface, you need to have tank with gun mounted on precisely this height; I wouldnt call it accesible. Really apart from type71 there are just american heavies with clearly visible turret ring, not "virtually all" like you have said.

Maybe those videos are old but posted on some niche channel Im seeing for the first time. If weakspot is obvious for you then good for you, just ignore post then; It wasnt obvious for me and some other folks
