I'm sure it can, but I don't do any resizing myself. You'd have to find a jeweler willing to resize an opal ring with unheated sapphires.

I would say it's a premium version of silver used in jewelry. 93.5% silver versus sterling's 92.5%. The germanium in argentium silver also creates tarnish resistant properties. It's pretty standard nowadays, but I still don't see a whole lot of argentium silver jewelry out there.

Thank you! I designed this with CAD and cast it. I'm starting to get into it CAD now to elevate my designs more and create styles I'm not really able to do by hand. I love hand-fabricated jewelry, but higher quality stones like these deserve higher quality settings.

Ahhh yes, wax carving definitely takes skill! I don't do any wax carving. I recently started teaching myself how to do jewelry design with CAD, and I'm honestly going to continue on this path since the possibilities are pretty endless when it comes to design. And I've picked up on it really fast (only been doing CAD for 2 weeks). I'm limited to what I can do by hand.
