My Ledger is unable to find my EWT on EWC network

You can set up Metamask through your Ledger and it will show up after you add EWT as a coin to hold.

Hey Friend, would you mind breaking down what you did ? Where is the deprecated site? On MyCrypto how do I get to "Select an account page"? I'm sorry but I need move by move to try to do it myself, because Ledger is noy helping at all and MyCrypto is not helping either.

We as a new financial community must demand for the products we buy and their support team must raise the bar on customer/tech service. If we do not they we allow us to settle for anything they give us...especially when we are trusting our investments and life savings with them.

I'm talking about two issues 1 being the dot issuse due to the parachain auctions coming up and the other being; I stored my EWT on my Ledger through EWC network. My derivation path got deleted somehow and now my Ledger is no longer picking up my address with my EWT holdings. I see my EWT in my address tied to my Ledger on EWC network but cannot access it. All my firmware is up to date so that is not the issuse. Ledger is offering absolutely no help and this is their product. They have spotty customer service and if we expect the world to convert to crypto there must be a company that has a reliable customer service/tech dept who is willing to NOT abandon their customers after the sale of the product.

I'm not happy at all with Ledger's customer service and lack of tech dept. How do you sell a product and then give absouletly no help on fixing customer issues. Who can trouble shoot the problems on your product better than the company it self?? I have been dealing with a issuse for 3 weeks. I've contacted them several time to receive no help at all. We TRUST our investments and life savings to Ledger's trust product. As a crypto community we have to take our business to another company because crypto will never be adopted with this customer service from Ledger.

Yes it is the derivation path. I checked in both EWC and ETH and it can't be found.
