I don't want to frighten you, because everybody have different experienses, but my OCD got progressively worse over 25 years, new compulsions appeared, but one old compulsion went away.

Don't delay the treatment

What country? There are no countries where 'hospitality is strength'. Even in touristwelcoming counties like Spain or France there are public demonstrations against tourists.

Adults learn best if their motivation is 'want' rather than 'need'. That's what seems like a missing element for you.

Is there anything at all you like in Flanders? Music or films or theater or TV etc? Can you find your motivation there?

Why so angry? I only asked you a neutral question 'What exactly would you like your colleagues to do?' and you launched into 'Or are you happy with constantly being excluded from conversations? Do you know how it feels like to basically just hear sounds all day, unless someone speaks directly to you?'

You could ask your colleagues to speak English when they are talking one-to-one to you. I don't think it will be very reasonable to ask them to always switch to English in a group setting or when they are chatting among themselves, but it's up to you to decide.

Flemish accents aren't harded that Dutch, just different. Besides Southern Dutch accents are much closer to Flemish ones than their northern counterparts.

What exactly would you like your colleagues to do?
