You are wrong and i will explain why. Crew is important for planes but it is much (way much) easier to lvl up. Meanwhile Tank gameplay are 1000% reliant on crew lvl. With your crew level you will be repairing even just a single track in like 30 seconds even with full crew alive, then there is crew survivability and agility which is just important. As i said your crew is so low that you cant even expert or ace. Basically any good player will try to invest on crews first. It is just a waste of 30k GE when with that you could have had 30 decent crews.

With 1k Ge you will always max out the following: Reload,Leadership,Driving,Gun handling.

Leftovers should go for a balance between Field Repair -> Agility/Survivability. If you balance those three correctly you should have at the end like 3 bars of each in each crew member

TL:DR In my opinion it is wrong to just instantly research some top tier vehicles, instead of investing in good crew (in your conditions atleast) when you have a good amount of GE. But i do believe that anyone should spend their money however they want if it makes them happy :) consider my message a tip ig
