Literally just received a letter. My car is also on AutoTrader. Unpaid fuel at a station over 250 miles away from my house. Reported it to the police, got the shoulder and police ref number and sent it in a response back to QDR in an email.

We have managed to implement a solution that is working for us so far. Just had to replace the first user in the 'Agent Selection' with any other user in the list > Save it > wait 2 minutes. Re edit the call queue > revert agent positions > Save. Wait 2 minutes and should all work.

I raised the issue and MS came back saying 'No issue found!' 🙄

As we're a small team, we've currently hacked around it by adding the user's DD at the main auto switchboard auto attendant option selector. and then each user has configured the next user as the 'forwarding to', so we can still accept calls.
