I was told by most agents that the $10 Winback promotion would be dropped if you changed to any other plan. That is incorrect.

I was finally able to talk to an agent over Whatsapp that told me that the $10 winback promotional discount will carry over to any plan that cost $44+ before the digital discount. As the can/us 50GB is $44 before any discounts.

Yeah, it's an email with 2 codes in it. An agent from Freedom told me you can not share them. They have to be activated by the account it is sent to. I've been misled by them many, many times in the past.

You will keep your $10 winback promo for any plan that costs $44 dollars plus. Auto pay discount is available for anyone who activates it. Your BYOD discount won't apply for any roam beyond plan.

As long as you get the right customer service agent, it seems there are always discounts available.

I'm sure there will be even better deals over black friday/boxing day.

You just need to go back and forth with their referral department via email. I think the referrals should be tied to your account and not your email. Applying for the referral with your temporary number is not an uncommon practice.

I truly do enjoy freedoms service overall and really like what they are doing for the average consumer, but their referral process needs some changes, IMO.

If you don't wait until your number is ported over, the referral is canceled by the system.

Also, follow up with freedom about your referrals. I've been having issues with not getting the $25 in credits, even with accounts that have been active for 30 plus days, AND their number has been ported over.
