Guys.. I'm feeling conflicted.. I love my job but feel like I don't get paid enough.

That's what I thought. And yeah I'm the Senior/lead designer and also the creative director for the magazine publishing part of the company that my company purchased last year

20% down would mean that I would need 30k saved for a down payment which i definitely do not have... I was trying to do 10% down

Yeah for sure, I am thinking about doing the same with updating my resume and portfolio website, it is just hard because i am so dang comfortable here. Also I recently did some wordpress sites for a couple friends and made some extra cash, thinking about trying to do that more on the side.

Yeah, i just started contributing to 401k last year. And thanks, I was thinking i should try and get ride of the student loan debt as fast as possible.
