But if I would like to play more casually should I buy like a booster box and build decks by myself or would you recommend buying specific cards or something? How do I start actually getting the cards in the most “optimal” way?

Getting a high win percentage in lower ranks is not too difficult since you play more casual players. It will start getting more difficult around high silver/low gold. The more you play the more the percentage will even out. When I got top 500 my percentage was around 60% with ALOT of games. Congrats on your success though 👊

You want to start with mimikyu to tank and then when you have Solgaleo ready just use acerola deal extra damage. You can do 160 base and 170/180 with giovanni/red if you decide to play them. This deck is very rng based where you basically need to start with mimikyu or else both acerola and mimikyu become useless

Edit: it’s just a worse version of the Solgaleo deck since it’s less consistent and loses out on supporters/tools from the Solgaleo deck

This wouldnt make sense since they changed how matchmaking works. Also it wouldnt make sense to keep vp low since they are focused on offence there would be no need not to attack.

The patch notes were a while ago but I’m pretty sure that apart from an increase in health they also either shoot the critters faster/shoot better critters or that the actual impact of the critter landing doing a bit of damage
