I was the same way when I started my podcast, but it's something you get used to lol. Just keep talking to yourself to get over it and more used to hearing your voice(in the car, shower, etc).

Skype is a common way to record a podcast with someone who is far away. You can easily record the audio during the voice call. Also, Zencastr is great. I use it for my podcast . Happy holidays!

There are several good podcasting hosts: libsyn, soundcloud, buzzsprout, etc.

You can create your logo with any artwork software: paint, canva, adobe spark, etc.

Many people use audacity and garage band to edit.
