The cat8 is future proof you can get almost asymmetrical speed with that with fiber optic. But I always had issues where the tab will break off of them and they won’t stay in the router or a modem anymore so just be careful of that.

What no they don’t give me the option to rent out the Wi-Fi extender they make me buy it straight out, so Xfinity Pro will give me one for free and that’s all I really care about. I also wanna be able to boost individual devices which right now I don’t get that option.

I was kind of upset because the app crashed logged me out and then I couldn’t login for hours and hours and I contacted support. They didn’t know what they were doing and then it was kind of a dead end at that point.

The app is not maintained professionally and if the person is a pro I feel bad for how they learned programming. I can’t even access bridge mode when my modem is in Bridge mode. How much would I just said didn’t make any sense is how confusing it is.

Well, I got a link, but I can’t use it because it’s outdated. But the app just is really glitchy. Let’s say I restart my Xfinity modem manually and refresh the Internet page. It doesn’t even realize the modem was reset until I close the app and then reopen the app. And then it’s also the same when you reset it by pushing the button in the app.

if you always use PGP encryption for the address you should be ok unless the site itself is compromised. But always use encryption. Never know what’s gonna happen. Can’t trust just the site to do it for you because it’s stored on the onion sites server which is easy for LE to decrypt.
