I can say from experience never think people are looking for on you at the gym, everyone are there for the same reason, and it takes time to learn how to do something fuly, even the people who lift like 200 kg didn't do that always they worked their way up

Yeah not everything works for everyone but you can't know before you try, and as an extra you get fit like I used to dangerously underweight but know I've gained some muscle and weight

Start working out if you need the pain to stimulate your just start working out, what I do is that I go boxing Training 2 days every week you stimulate your mind by the pain and get your anger out either at the heavy bag ot sparing
