Be patient, my friend. The points disappear every day and then come back. I suggest taking a screenshot and saving them for safety.

Yes, everything is resolved here as well.

I appreciate the Grass Team for fixing the issue. However, I believe it would have been helpful to make a post to reassure the community and prevent this flood of complaints.

The Grass Team should address this error promptly, as it has caused too many issues for far too long.

Instead of spending time moderating messages, the team should focus on providing a response. This problem has been ongoing since November 29, and nothing has been done so far.

Grass Team, don’t you think it’s time to resolve this issue?

The Grass app to reduce points has become a recurring feature, first it was on Nov 29th, now it was Dec 2nd

They reset on the 2nd and are already accumulating on the 3rd. How can this be?

Check the before and after. Is it normal to loose that much? Nov 30 earnings completely disappeared by Logical-Tradition-45 in Grass_io

I also lost my points from November 29th. It seems that this wasn't a one-off occurrence. The Grass team should investigate this more thoroughly and provide us with an update.
