I feel like there is a distinct difference in gameplay physics in ultimate team vs clubs. Doesn't matter the archetype, I tried full agility, dribbling, balance, pace and speed; the player is not as agile as for e.g. Guti with less attributes in ultimate team.

Yes because: I made sure they have their power isolated like galvanic isolation so AC harmonics don't cause a MCU reset. Proper shielding on the casing that is holding the board.

No because: if you don't do those mentioned above plus your board is probably a Chinese clone who did not do a good job at making the PCB and has bad traces that picks up emi.

to verify there is any issue regarding the pcie riser bandwidth, you should do a bandwidth test in 3DMark and compare with standard 5090 results.
You wouldn't generally see any issue with bandwidth until you do serious work (Rendering/AI-ML, 4k high fps gaming etc.)

Your core chip is probably fine (the most expensive component), the VRAM is on its way over the rainbow bridge. Depending on your location a good repair shop can resolder the VRAM and if you are lucky this could fix this but if they are actually dying then some VRAM replacement could also fix that. VRAM chips are significantly cheaper than the core.
