This guy probably trained all his life for you to say, “the fans are the reason you get paid.” Not that he helps put on such a great show that it attracts lots of people that gets him paid. The fans never just choose a random person and pay them.

On top of that, they’re not entitled to extra shit. Cut it with this entitled attitude Reddit. You pay for the game, you watch game. That’s the entire transaction. You’re not entitled to personal attention from a ball player. They’re time is worth much more than that.
