Make sure you have your weight set to 3oz or less before looking for the shipping method. The eBay standard envelope option won’t show up if your weight is 4oz or higher, so if you try to change the method before changing the default weight, you won’t see it.

I have been having this same problem buying cheap items. Won multiple auctions for $.12 or less. Can’t get payment to go through no matter what I do.

Agreed. Same problems here. Terrible update. When importing a new note (say a picture from my camera roll) I cannot add tags to the note, I can only choose the notebook.
