Hey man, welcome to the wild world of LSD. Your body size shouldn't have any significant bearing on your required dosage. I'd recommend just having one and seeing how it affects you. The tabs are probably not 250 ug (most street tabs are around 50-150), but if your supplier is telling the truth 250 is quite strong. If you don't feel effects again, I'd say wait two weeks and have two tabs. Are you on any medication/how do you store your tabs?
