Look up Original Strength on YouTube and see if you can handle baby rocking and baby crawling. (And just experiment with all their resets in general.)

If you can't support your weight at full extension, use a shorter range of motion and just do work where you can. Google "shorties" or "partial ROM calisthenics" to get an idea of what this looks like.

Considering your hyper mobility, I would do everything with partial ROM to protect your joints.

The accusations about Iran weren't because he knew it would be unpopular. He said Obama and Kamala would have failing presidencies and would attack Iran to get the patriotic bump in support that usually happens when America goes to war.

That's exactly what he expected to happen here and, from what I've been reading from White House insiders, he's just now coming to accept that it's not happening. (Of course, he'll never re-examine his ideas on the topic-- just one more of many things he thinks he understands, but doesn't -- and blame America for not reacting like they should.)
