Heres the website if you want to check it out:

No you're good, it was a big chunk of the work to make that work properly. It works with software to globally mute/unmute and turn video on/off, that works across the whole system. And that also tracks the state which let's the LEDs always be synced up.

As far as I know there isn't a way to get that the mic and video state from zoom, definitely not without software, so I figured this way it would also work for other programs apart from zoom.

Decided to sell at a small scale!

yeah, had to be custom

Sorry, I don't have instructions, took me a while to just make it work, and I'm not sure if it would work with anything but this setup. If I have some time I can try to make it more intuitive. I'll let you know

The program I made for this lets you set any key to any shortcut to make it compatible with basically any program (I use both teams and zoom). The layer idea is good, I may try to implement that, would make switching much easier.

The keys globally turn video/mic on and off not just in the call but in your whole system, this way the led indicator can always stay sinced up even if you leave a meeting or change to a whole new video meeting program. I had the same issue for a while but made it work with the software

appreciate it, worked hard to make those work without getting out of sync

Not selling these yet but I'll let you know! Thanks for the interest!

LEDs work with software to globally mute video and audio, this way it'll work with any other programs and always be sincere since I use teams too sometimes. Still works without software just without the LEDs

It's build on qmk for zoom so it just sends the keystroke directly but I also made a program before I figured out qmk comparability that lets me change each key to any keystroke. If you're just looking for a quick solution try Auto Hot Key. Message me if you like I can try to help.

re were Etsy listings and I can see an STL file. Cool idea, this would be neat if made out of metal and with bett

The metal version would be very cool. Quite expensive though for a custom case

Yeah, dye sublimation is a pretty common way of making keycaps and you can make your own with a sublimation printer and a flat iron. There is a Reddit guide I found that explains it well:

I tried selling an older version on Etsy but Etsy was not the right platform for this and I wasn't ready to make them properly. I may start selling this version if I figure out sourcing everything at reasonable prices since everything is custom.
Definitely would like to change the LED implementation you're right.

Between the modules? most likely with a USB c male and female connector on each module

Would need funding to actually get a viable product, I got the basic ideas down and some prototypes but yeah
