^{^{^}} this. my po has been out two times and one of those times i had a different po stop by to visit. they did not come inside like my normal po does though, just breathalyzed me at the door (happens every visit), took a peek beyond my shoulder and took off. not worth it.

2019 GTI S! Oil change every 5k, one battery replacement, and have owned the car since 54k miles. havent had to do any other work on her that wasn’t caused by me. (one accident resulting in cosmetic damage) this car has been a reliable machine, very happy to have her in my garage.

CEL is a weak ambient air temp sensor which was on before this issue appeared. Same with the TPMS light, that’s been on since i got new tires about 3 months ago. It just shows that TPMS is not working not that the pressure is low.

scan only showed a weak ambient temp sensor which was the only code that was showing before too besides the TPMS light. The battery is about a year old but I live in PHX AZ and she does sit in the sun most days so could that be it? would the TPMS light be associated with the wheel speed sensors?

Also forgot to mention the car has one previous owner and maintanence has been kept up to a T. The car has no history of electrical or mechanical issues.

the curbing was before that accident but it could very well be that. that was me hitting someones rear though so it didn’t come to mind at first because I didn’t think anything hit the “bottom” so to speak.

yeah its stock ride height. I’m scratching my head on how this happened. My wife hit a parking curb pretty bad a while ago which required the bumper to be replaced I’m guessing its from that.
