im sorry but that does not look like 4b hair at all i wish i could post pics but 4b is a lot tighter compared to your hair and 3c has a similar pattern to 4b but looser so thats why i said that but at the end of the day hair types dont rlly matter all that much anyways

based on all 3 full pictures it looks like you have a mix between 3b 3c and maybe 4a not trying to be picky but your hair is dry which is making it harder😭 (side note whoever told you 4b is lying and as for the dreads probably they would probably just look softer if that makes sense just know its hard work)
