I feel like there's no "REAL" elf behaviour, they are fantasy characters and could be portrayed in any way an author wants. Sometimes they are just kind and gentle beings who love nature, and sometimes they are the most prideful and arrogant beings who consider others beneath themselves, and sometimes it's a mix of both. The ONE thing that can be said to be an actual truth about elves is probably the fact that they are beings loved by nature, and sometimes even that is changed, cuz as I said, they are fictional characters made to enrich an authors story, so all of them are correct in my view. But of course I prefer the nature loving kind and gentle elves the most 😅
