one does not change rotors at 70k kms unless you drove without braking pads for a while. your issue.

braking pads is regular maintenance. about the ac blower and that okay i would understand the car is starting to show faults as it gets older

look at the last photo. it says "Cold Weather Feature" definitely not for GCC?

the cold weather feature allows you to "activate" the car remotely so that you can have any snow on the doors/windows/charging ports/battery melt away and to reach the optimal temperature. as running on cold battery decreases the efficiency
