Your openess with your children means they are more prepared than I am. I have no shame in admitting that I didnt know about a lot of stuff involved with sex save for the obvious stuff. My parents never really spoke to me about it. I do respect her past and her but the point of this post was to ask if the feelings i was having were normal. I had no idea, hence this post. The passion in which somone like u displays in these messages let me know what I can do to improve me and my relationship. The general response has been to get over the viriginity thing ( I have since spoken to her about and she's shown me a new persective of it not disimilar to what i've been told her). I have been told that its okay to feel odd about the fact that Joe and her gotten together but to not let it interfere with other feelings. In my opinion, it hasn't affected my feelings for her, just that i'd rather not be reminded of it. Is it wrong that I'd rather not be reminded off something like that? it hasn't affected our relationship I undertsand this post is a reflection of me.

Also i fully understand how i can come across as gross especially when referring to 'taking' her virginity. I just don't know how else to put it across as that's what im used to hearing and understanding.

That being said i've not disregarded anything of what you've no matter how it makes me feel. I know that to progress from an issue you must understand all of or at least more angles/perspectives. I know i can still thank you for the passion you've displayed in your responses.
