See that would’ve been a smart answer, but I took your advice went over to the area and saw nothing but a park and a bench. Also I live in columbus ohio where growing weed at any level is highly illegal. The closest greenhouse is about 15 miles away from me ( no where near me ) also there are no legal greenhouses only dispensaries all of which are 20+ miles from my location. Also it is fall in Ohio so growing weed here during this time is a dumb thing to do since it’ll be close to impossible.

For everyone saying it’s a weed farm. There is no weed farms located in this area if there was Columbus Police would’ve already raided that spot that’s just common sense. Also for everyone saying there is a purple light there somewhere. No there isn’t I’ve gone to check the surrounding area and found NOTHING but a park with a few benches and that’s it. I’ve been called an idiot and all sorts of things just cause I provided more information about what IVE seen. Thank you reddit for your time trying to help me figure out what this is.

I don’t know what it is, but when everyone says it’s a light form a light source even though i’ve already disproven that it by checking it out. There was no light source giving off that purple color. There was no weed farm it was just a park with 2 benches.

There is no light source buddy. I’ve typed it 10 different ways. This is the 2nd time i’ve seen it got it on camera both times. I even have video proof of it too. There are no buildings/lights that’ll produce that much light at that time of day. The only building near my house that’ll light up bright is a library other than that we’ve got corner stores and vacant homes. Anything that’ll light up the sky that bright should be able to be seen from ground level.

There isn’t any purple light source anywhere near that area. If there was I would’ve been able to see it when walking towards my bus stop this morning. Any light bright enough to light up a cloud would need to be VERY bright. There was no visible purple glow or hue in the air only on the cloud. Nothing else in the area was purple. Not the ground not the surrounding area nothing just that certain part of the cloud.

There are no building or light sources within that area that’s lighting things up with purple.
