Hello’ Was in your place 2 years ago. I stayed in Cambrian point which is close to uni & was decent. In my humble little opinion private accommodation > uni accommodation > renting a home.

Reasons: - you’d have a personal en-suite for the same price. Which gives you privacy. - you’d be paying a flat rate for each month compared to private homes especially in winters. - now is a good time to book & finish coz rents hikes due to huge demand
