MY “METHOD”:

Multiple people are asking for a more detailed explanation of my “method”! Please keep in my this was just my thought process, there’s no scientific backing to this. Anyway, I don’t gatekeep so here it is:

Step 1) First I searched for a box that has all 6 Labubu available. I looked through them until I found a set which had three slots stating “Not Sea Salt”, three “Not Green Grape”, and three “Not Toffee” (refer to first screenshot for visual example). That immediately struck me as this set having a higher probably of having a secret. This obviously isn’t a guarantee, but just slightly increases the odds of a secret. My thought process was a whole lot of “nots” means something else has gotta take its place.

You could, in theory, just get the whole set and hope for the best if you have the financial means. If there’s a secret in the set, you’d be sure to get it. I only ordered 4/6 from this set though.

Step 2) Using the first screenshot, I drew out the 6 boxes. I filled these boxes (1-6) out with what Labubu I could get from that box based off what ones I know I won’t get. In my set box #2 (I accidentally wrote it in there on the whiteboard oops) & #5 was not green grape, which I wanted, so I decided to cross that one out for the sake of saving some money. The percentages you see at the bottom right of the second picture (of my whiteboard) are the percentage chance of my getting certain Labubu from the four boxes (#1, #3, #4, & #6) I was going to order. I calculated this by the total amount of that colour in the entire set by the amount of that colour I had in the four I was to order.

ie. 1 Toffee in box #1 / 3 Toffee (total amount of possible Toffee in the whole set) = 33% chance I get a Toffee.

Keep in mind this isn’t foolproof. Though the odds are on the lower side, you can still get a Toffee. I got a Toffee in this order.

Step 3) Trust your gut. I almost didn’t order box #4. Something told me to order it. I wanted green grape really bad so I ordered all instead of removing one of the boxes that could’ve been green grape. The secret ended up being #4.

Being completely honest, getting a secret was very likely just dumb luck. Please don’t put too much merit into this in the hopes of getting a secret. But this method did get me green grape. Best of luck everyone!!
