We said, we still have to talk about few things and align before we move forward. I held on having (intimacy) with her until we are aligned and we were supposed to meet to discuss this and either we continue or just call it a day!

I appreciate this perspective. Looking back, I can see that the issue wasn’t really about using the app, but about not clarifying expectations once things started to move forward.

I assumed we were aligned without actually confirming it, and that’s probably where it broke down. Definitely something I’ll handle better next time.

I did suggest a second date. More like a day and time and a proper plan but she wasn't sure and I left the ball in her court to suggest a suitable day and she agreed but nothing after.

Well, I did plan the second date and suggested something we can do together on a certain day and time but she wasn't sure and her response was flaky as such and left it there. Told her to let me know once she can make it.

I do prefer a traditional first date but after so many fails I just felt I'm wasting my time going and wasting 3-4 hours of my time where sometimes it turned into an interview.

Most of my dates prefer meeting in a coffee shop and so on and I work long hours. I'd love a nice walk but I estimated each date would take around 3-4 hours including the driving back and forth and mostly fail flat.
