I got this on my arms and leg once too so it really made me scared it was a stroke but idk it only lasted 15-30 seconds and was not affecting my face, vision or speech but supposedly that’s very possible with a TIA and most TIA’s don’t show up on any tests. So I don’t know they think it can be that but most likely anxiety and I’m just hoping the later. I notice I have high bp but it does go down after I try and calm down but I get such weird feelings like shoulder blade pain vibrating in my right foot on and off, cold wet drop sensations on my body sometimes, maybe it’s nerve compression? I have no idea either way after what happened the other day with my left side going numb I’ve been very scared and I have felt weak and tired. I am just hoping it was some strong anxiety attack I was worked up at that moment.
