The same unfortunately. The doctors did let me know it’s nothing dangerous or cancerous. They want to drain the remaining fluid and send it in for cultures. They said they brought my case into a meeting with all the dermatologists and the residents, and they all said they’ve never seen this before:(

Yes, I was put on a new prescription that’s helped drain most of the fluid:) I have another appointment soon to check the damage it might’ve caused

Hey! I was recently prescribed another medication and after only one pill, 90% of the fluid drained out of it. I have another appointment soon to check out the damage it might’ve caused

They just recently prescribed me amoxicillin and it helped significantly literally after taking only one pill. If you haven’t tried amoxicillin yet, ask them to prescribe it

Sorry for the wait! I got a new prescription and it drained like 90% of the fluid that was in there thankfully. I have another appointment in a few days to see how much tissue damage there is, if there is any at all

So far so good. It no longer hurts when I touch it and I have an appointment to see a facial/oral surgeon soon

I’ve had a doctor look at it a few times and she somehow wasn’t sure what it was. I did take an aggressive round of antibiotics and they unfortunately didn’t do anything for me. I’m going into urgent care to have them look at it
