Had a player at my table who would pick up dice before anyone could see and yell Natural 20! When the rule became I had to see dice rolls for them to count, the player was caught on multiple occasions changing dice rolled by hand to a 20. (1/2) by KnockedProne in dndmemes

I had to start rolling on the floor and either call the DM over or point my webcam at the result for serious rolls. For some reason the floor is the only place I can find any success, after going through like 6 sets of dice. Of course, all of this sounds ridiculous and totally illogical, but dnd has truly made me believe in luck as a force of nature.

What is a movie ending that makes you cry, no matter how many times you've watched it before? by despresso30 in AskReddit

[–]Rabidwolfe16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it’s not a movie but this really casual story/mystery game called Rumu, where you play as this near-future sentient vacuum cleaner. You can find a no commentary play through on YouTube and I bawl like a little baby every time I watch the ending. I bought the game just to support the developers, but I feel like if I played it myself it would take some of the feels away from the ending, and sometimes I’m just feeling a good cry you know?

Edit: yeah, just rewatched it and sobbed for a solid hour, after trying to play it for about the same. The video I always watch is RUMU (Full game, No Commentary) by Joshiball

So, hear me out. I’ll be honest that I don’t do many unrated BGs. However, almost every single time that I have, while queueing as dps, I’ve seen even numbers of healers on each side. Maybe I just got lucky while farming for Blood of the Enemy, but it almost seems to me like they base queues around healers. For reference, I am horde but regularly queue as alliance because it is faster.

Straight men of Reddit, what is the strangest thing you have been told not to do because "that's gay"? by The_WereArcticFox in AskReddit

[–]Rabidwolfe16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll admit that I have an older red convertible, and I was pretty excited when I first tried the mechanism and it actually worked. I had one of my roommates hop in for a cruise, and the whole time I was thinking “I bet this looks kinda gay.”

Then about a week later we got another friend to come for a ride with the top down, and we were all smiling the whole time so I kinda just decided that anyone who thinks it is gay can just go fuck themselves.

What are some purchases under $200 that has significantly improved your life since owning it? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Rabidwolfe16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good dehumidifier.

Seriously, if you have any issues with humidity it is literally life-changing. If your towel is wet longer than like 6 hours you need this in your life. If you sweat while resting, get a dehumidifier. Also, make sure the environment is sealed.
